1. Cleansing part of manicure and natural nails preparation must be ready and done prior to nail championship. Entire manicure preparation must be ready before nail championship.
2. Contestants are given 60 minutes for one hand- 5 fingers to start and finish nail extensions in a French style made with gels and upper forms (molds). 60 minutes is goin for entire work on 5 nails of one hand. Contestants are free to choose left or right hand.
3. Natural nail plates must NOT be covered with any type of products or leftovers of products before the start.
4. Nails must be completely natural with free edge not longer than 1 mm.
5. Contestant must sculpt French look nails using upper forms or upper molds with any type of gel products and white gel paint or white gel polish for French smile line.
6. Final look of the nails can be shaped only as perfect square shaped form.
7. Upper forms of any brand should be used. Upper forms, also known as molds must be used in its original container. Numbers of forms must be sorted in all corresponding sections.
8. Upper forms must not be manually pre-cut, pre-tailored or marked prior to championship and the category start.
9. Hard gel, poly gel, hybrid gel, strengthening energizing/rubber thick gel base coat in a polish bottle or jar may be used for creating perfect nail surface, shape.
10. Gel top coat and UV/Led lamps are allowed to be used.
11. Free edge, the extended free edge must be extended up to length of 2/3 part of nail bed. Length and shape must complement the overall look and shape of hand and fingers.
12. Paper Sculpting forms, classic sculpting paper forms for nail extensions are NOT allowed to be used.
13. Soft gel tips are not allowed to be used.
14. All nails must have perfect surface with smooth glossy finish and highlight running straight through the middle as an end result for perfection.
15. Any brand of white gel nail polish or white gel paint may be used for creating French smile line. Regular nail polish is NOT allowed to be used.
16. White gel polish or white gel paint should be perfect white. Glitter, shimmer or other shiny effects are NOT allowed to be used in gel polish or paint.
17. White smile line must be applied in natural looking shape with deeper style matching overall look and style of finger nails, nail shape. Deep elongated natural smile line is allowed.
18. French smile line must look as natural as possible creating elegant modern French.
19. Gel Polish for base natural skin tone is allowed to be used, but is not compulsory.
20. Any type of gel products must be as close as possible to the skin, but must not touch skin or cuticles.
21. Cuticle area must be clean and smooth, product must not touch the skin and it should be applied seamlessly smooth without humps and bumps.
22. Oils, lotions, buffers, gel top coats, gel base coats can be used, if needed.
23. All nails must be the same length. Pinkie nail can be shorter than middle finger nail by no more than 0,5 mm. Thumb nail can be longer than middle finger nail not more than 0,5 mm.
24. No visible marks or stains of gel polish must be left.
25. No excessive oil, dust, skin particles, product residue or lotion must be left on the skin or nails.
26. Color of gel must complement skin tone of the model.
27. Cuticles and side wall skin must be free of cuts, damages.
28. Underneath the nails surface must be clean, smooth and free of product residue, dust. Top coat is allowed to be applied underneath the nails.
29. C-Curve must be the same on all five nails. C-Curve must be as thin as business card or thiner.
30. C-curve must be consistently covered in white. No layered colors should be seen on C- curve.
31. Cuticles must be clean, free of any cuts, damages and product residue.
32. Nippers, scissors, drills are allowed.

1. First step registration and payment must be done prior to championship online on the website
of Professional Beauty GCC at https://pbgcc.showhub.live/
2. Second step registration must be done in person by visiting the registration booth on the
championship arena at 08.45 on the first day of Nail Championship PBGCC.
3. Failure to register via 2 steps- online and on the arena will lead to disqualification and we
reserves the rights to no refund.
4. 5. No show or late arrival for registration may lead to disqualification of contestant.
Every registered contestant must adhere to every term and condition of Nail Championship
6. Rules are exactly the same for every contestant and no exceptions will be made under any
circumstances.
7. Organizers of Nail Championship 2026 reserve the rights to disqualify and reject those
participants and their models that do not follow the rules of assigned category and breach the
General Terms and Conditions of Nail Championship.
8. In case of disqualification payment for participation will not be refunded to participant and will
be kept 100% by PBGCC for Nail Championship.
9. As organizer- Nail Championship 2026 reserves the rights to take photos and videos
of any participant, models and their work with the rights to use content at any time anywhere
on their own decision. All photos and videos can be used solely by organizer without any
notification to any other party.
10. Late arrival or arrival after registration is closed will lead to disqualification. See registration
timing accordingly to the chosen category. Flight delays or cancelations, other transportation
delays, force major of any kind will be considered as no show and will lead to disqualification.
11. Mobile phones and other electronic devises must be on silence mode and no vibration mode
on the competition arena.
12. Models should not use their phones and video photo gadget during competition.
13. All participants must provide their own model. Model should have any valid ID for age
verification. Models below 18 years old are not accepted.
14. Models hands and arms must not have any permanent tattoo or other visible unique marks.
Jewelry, watch is not allowed to be worn during competition and during judging.
15. Models are not allowed to leave arena without floor judge approval before judging.
16. Contestant and model should wear appropriate public attire accordingly to UAE culture
standards.
17. Participants can wear brand uniform. However, just professional looking attire is accepted as
well.
18. Entire scope of products, tools and implements must be supplied by contestants.
19. Products such as acrylic powders, monomers, lotions, gels, nail polish and gel polish, base,
top, cuticle oil and lotion must be in clean looking containers with visible sign of brand
production. Brand must be registered with Montaji and be legal to be used in UAE or other
GCC countries.
20. International contestant arriving from overseas can use brands registered in country of origin.
Label and brands must be visible and labeled for international standards of cosmetics use.
21. Cans, bottles containing products such as oils, lotions, powders, gels, nail polish, gel polish,
base coats or top coats without visible brand sign or logo will be taken away from the table
during floor judge table check and will be returned only after competition.
22. Tools, brushes, files, buffers, water bowls do not require any registration, can be of any brand
or production.
23. In case of local participants, product lucking registration with local or GCC authorities-
products will be taken away prior to competition without replacement and returned after
competition end.
24. LED or UV lamps, desk lamps, extension cords, sufficient number of sockets on extension
cord should be supplied by contestant.25. In case required by a category rules, water must be prepared by contestant prior to start of
competition.
26. Trash bag or bin must be supplied by contestant.
27. Contestant and model are not allowed to leave the competition arena after registration. In
case of emergency ask for floor judge assistance.
28. Contestants are not allowed to stand up and leave the desk during competition. Leaving desk
or competition area during competition timing will result in disqualification. No registration fee
will be returned to contestant.
29. PBGCC Nail Championship will supply desk, chairs and shared sockets only.
30. Assigned hand must be used for each category. Read carefully category rules and
requirements.
31. One model is allowed to be used for two categories, as long as assigned hand is used for
assigned category.
32. In case of using wrong hand participant may be disqualified.
33. Only contestants and models are allowed to be present within competition area. Company
representatives, relatives or other supporters are not allowed to enter competition area. Or
communicate with contestant.
34. Models should not interact during competition with outside public. Doing so will lead to
immediate disqualification of a participant.
35. Managers and supervisors are not allowed to interact with the participants during competition
and judging. Doing so will lead to disqualification of participant.
36. Participants are not allowed to speak to anybody from public or spectators during
competition.
37. Participants are allowed to communicate with their own model only during competition, not
during judging.
38. Drills are not allowed to be used during competition except Fashion manicure and Russian
manicure categories, or otherwise as per rule of the category.
39. Tips, pre-tailored sculpting forms are not allowed to be used during competition.
40. Sculpting forms must be new with no visible preparation cuts.
41. Once the competition category timing announced as finished, participant must stop
immediately any work and stand up.
42. Continuing touching model after time announced as finished may lead to disqualification.
43. For exact timing refer to schedule and category rules.
44. Participant must be present at award ceremony at 17.00 on the second day of the
championship. Place, winners will be announced or confirmed during award ceremony.
45. Certificates of participation and trophies will be given out during ceremony on the second day
of the Nail Championship PBGCC.
46. In case of art categories trophy or certificate can be received by representative.
47. Participants may request judging sheets and talk to curtain judges after competition award
ceremony.
48. Score sheets and results will be available after award ceremony for contestant only.
49. In case of failure to adhere to terms and conditions PBGCC reserves the rights to disqualify
and keep 100% of participation fee.
