Aman Group announces Janu Dubai
Aman Group is excited to unveil plans for its second destination in Dubai: Janu Dubai, set to open in 2027. This announcement follows the successful launch of Janu's inaugural property, Janu Tokyo, in March 2024, which quickly became the city's newest luxury hotspot with its vibrant dining scene and landmark wellness center.
Janu Dubai will be strategically located in the bustling Dubai International Financial District (DIFC), close to world-class retail, restaurants, entertainment venues, and Downtown Dubai. The property will offer stunning views of the Burj Khalifa and lush garden vistas. The renowned Pritzker Prize-winning architecture firm Herzog & de Meuron has been appointed as the project's architect, ensuring the design embraces nature with expansive outdoor terraces, balconies, and abundant gardens. Janu Dubai is owned by Alia Developments and will be managed by H&H Development, a leading UAE real estate developer.
Janu, derived from the Sanskrit word for 'soul', represents a new era of luxury hospitality focused on restorative travel, genuine human interaction, and social wellness. Janu Dubai will feature approximately 150 hotel rooms, a limited number of branded and fully serviced residences, a member's club, multiple dining and bar concepts, event spaces, and an extensive wellness and fitness center.
Janu Tokyo, which opened to great acclaim in Tokyo’s Azabudai Hills in March 2024, set a high standard with its 122 spacious guest rooms, vibrant dining scene, and one of the largest wellness facilities in the city.

The announcement of Janu Dubai underscores Aman Group’s commitment to the Middle East, with forthcoming properties also planned for AlUla, Wadi Safar, and Diriyah Gate. Janu Dubai and Aman Dubai are currently in the pre-development phase, with more details to be released in due course.
