Calling all Dubai stylists to donate a day for Beirut

Award-winning, acclaimed stylists and educators based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi are coming together to cut and style to raise much needed funds for the people of Lebanon, via the Emirates Red Crescent.
Taking place between 28th August to 31st August, and all proceeds, including additional donations, will go directly towards aiding the Lebanese Red Cross in the rebuilding of Beirut. Coordinating the event is Natalie Kasses, L’Oreal International Ambassador. “As we have all looked on helplessly and have had so many clients sitting in our chairs sharing the experiences of their family and friends, we wanted to help. The initiative came together from a community desire to take action and help the people of Beirut during this hardship.”
The stylists will be working from the L’Oreal Academy and also the EIDEAL Academy, for whom this is a poignant venture. “The EIDEAL HQ in Beirut got completely decimated by the explosion but thankfully all our colleagues, families and friends escaped and were completely safe,” says Haysam Eid, Managing Director of EIDEAL. “But we have total empathy for the people of Beirut who lost not just businesses and homes but loved ones. We really wanted to do something to show our support and that our thoughts and prayers are with them at this difficult time, so we were more than willing to offer the use of the EIDEAL Academy for this event.”
A wash/cut/blow dry with any stylist will be AED315, while a wash/blow-dry will be AED105.
If you are a hairdresser or stylist based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and would like to give you a day to support this initative please contact 058 591 7577.
