In 2021, services are more personal than ever

People buy people.

It’s really that simple, and all consumer research throughout the pandemic shows that relationship building and trust are higher than ever on a customers agenda when it comes to brands and services.

A personal touch and great service are appreciated now more than ever, and of course builds loyalty and repeat business.
