2016 continues on a positive footing with business and occupancy figures remaining strong. Encouragingly many of you said year-on-year business is better, with a smaller number saying it remains the same. Surprisingly, no one reported negative growth.
In other areas of the business, we discovered that an overwhelming number of you have procedures in place to check expiry dates of products – a positive finding given Municipality clamp downs in this area. We also found out that most of you are happy to test treatments on your staff before rolling them out to clients.
