Instead, many now choose to spend just three or four weeks abroad, which is good news for our industry. This is backed up by our survey figures this month, with 80 per cent of you confirming that treatment business was better than the previous year and also revealing that client rebooking rates are at 69 per cent.

Just over half of you use an online booking system and say SMS or social media are your preferred methods for informing clients of special offers. Interestingly though, for client reminders, the majority of you still like the personal touch and will opt to make a phone call over using automated text messages.
