Jack Howard Announces Residency In Dubai

International colour expert Jack Howard has announced that he’ll be taking up residence at the St. Regis branch of Sisters Beauty Lounge in Dubai.

Jack, who is based at Paul Edmonds in London, will be in Dubai for a few days every two months, commencing January 18th-21st 2017. 

Jack is also a UK Colour Spokesperson for L’Oréal Professionnel and is widely credited with bringing Balayage to the UK and has taught freehand colouring techniques to thousands of other colourists internationally. He also had a hand in creating four techniques for L’Oréal’s Brunette Bar, a concept to bring brunette colour to life.

Jack says, “I’m looking forward to bringing a touch of my London and New York experience to the UAE – welcoming my existing middle eastern clients who I see in London and new clients looking for that beautiful balayage colour.”
