Job: SALES & TRAINING EXECUTIVE - highly presentable lady, experienced in the UAE beauty market (spas and salons, retail stores would be an advantage), certified in cosmetology, with a valid UAE driving license is required for full time employment. Main responsibility -to open and handle business accounts (spas/salons) for beauty brands within distribution portfolio of the company and achieve sales targets.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Increase sales points for each brand and achieve sales targets
-Identify and increase distribution channels for each brand in line with their commercial policies and positioning
- Train B2B customers on products and treatments
- Prepare monthly sales reports, incentives and promotions for B2B customers
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, Arabic would be an advantage
- Min 2 years of experience and knowledge in Business to Business sales in cosmetic/beauty market in the UAE (salons and spas channels)
-Certification in cosmetology/make up.
- UAE driving license
