Want a certificated technician in Nail, Hair, I-brow, Wax, Facial, to join our KYP Holistic center LLC‘s dynamic team.

We are looking for presentable and well groomed females with BMI : = or < 25

We offer attractive package and professional training.

Core Responsibilities:

Should have practical knowledge of NAIL ART /GELISH/LED /NAIL EXTENSION

Advise clients on nail care and use of products and colors.

File the nails according to customer’s preference.

Buff nails as per clients preference.

Massage hands/feet after manicure and pedicure

Promote and sell nail care products.

Excellent communication skills at all levels and with customers.

*FACIAL THERAPIST/ Beauty Therapist

Clear Skin and Hair

MANDATORY :

Diploma in beauty therapy or cosmetics from a nationally accredited institute with minimum one (1) year course duration

One (1) year experience post qualification as a beauty therapist

Read client’s file before the consultation.

Reconfirm desired service and proceed.

Treat all clients as your special visitor and truly listen to their needs.

Greet client in front reception area and escort back to the station area

If the client is new, ask the client the type of service they want to have.

Perform a customer consultation on the treatment they like to have, and recommend them on the treatment, after confirmation carry on with the treatment.

During conversation with the client always cross sell. Make sure that you provide him/her with information about our services, skin care, nail care special techniques, and offer helpful suggestions and information.

Performing other daily tasks.

Self-motivation ability to deliver what is required upon the standards.

Maintains the treatment rooms in a neat professional manner including stocking
products and linens, cleaning and instrument sterilization.

Excellent communication skills at all levels and with customers.

Greet customers entering establishments.

Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.

Compute and record totals of transactions.

Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.

Establish or identify prices of goods & services.

Use calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners.

Issue receipts and change due to customers.

Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.

Monitor checkout stations to ensure that they have adequate cash available and that they are staffed appropriately.

Offer customers carry-out service at the completion of transactions.

Process merchandise returns and exchanges after the approval of Manager.

Receive payment by cash or credit cards.

Receive payments by vouchers.

Request information or assistance using paging systems.

Resolve customer complaints regard to payment.

Sort, count, and wrap currency and coins.

Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales.

Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records.

Keep periodic balance sheets of amounts and numbers of transactions.

Stock counter sales displays, shelves behind cash desks and mark prices on shelves and items.
