Leading the Way: Q&A with founder of the new Eideal-Santi Leadership Programme, Haysam Eid

The second Eideal-Santi Leadership Programme (ESLP) is about to commence. The programme is a leadership and mentoring programme ran by industry expert, Susie Santiago but supported by Haysam Eid, founder, Eideal. We speak to Haysam about why he feels it's important for every salon owner to join this year-long mentorship scheme and the benefits they will have when being a member.

Why did you start ESLP?

I had an incredible desire to connect and provide a network of top salon operators in the uAE, creating a circle of excellence and a community spirit of shared business acumen and experiences. Bearing this in mind, the fundamental aim of the Eideal-Santi Leadership Programme was to create a professional hardressers' community n the region whereby salon owners can benefit from each other's experience by sharing their knowledge and opening up to one another.

Eideal's significant investment in bringing this exclusive UAE first to the industry will work to raise quality operating standards and leadership attributes contributing to taking the participants' salons to the next levels of success.

What does the programme involve?

The programme, which is a year-long mentorship porgramme conducted through a series of fast-paced intensive seminars, one-to-one coaching sessions and webinars, offers proven business strategies and smart trips to enhance business excellence.

Fundamental to the brilliance of the programme is that Susie Santiago, the programme's mentor, has an in-depth understanding of all aspects of salon business. One of the cornerstones of the programme was to foster a supportive network for regional salon owners and while most of the programme takes place through interactive webinars and one-to-one sessions, there are also workshops and group meetings where those who are participating can meet each other.
