Professional Beauty is bringing its Community event to Al Ain on Monday, 16 November 2026, with a programme designed to connect beauty and wellness professionals, support business development and showcase the latest techniques, products and innovations shaping the industry.
Taking place at Radisson Blu Hotel & Resort, Al Ain, the event will feature business leadership sessions, live brand demonstrations, specialist masterclasses and a community panel, offering attendees opportunities to gain practical knowledge, exchange ideas and connect with fellow industry professionals.
Business growth, AI and recruitment in focus
The programme will open with a live skincare and spa demonstration featuring HydraGlacial, presented by Lamya Seckadam, Training Manager – Skincare at Leader Healthcare Group. The session will explore the combination of Hydrafacial's dermabrasion technology and Glacial fx's cryomodulation.
Business development will be a key theme throughout the day. Dawn Kubicek, CEO and Founder of Leaders in Digital, will lead a session titled How AI tools can transform and grow your salon & spa business, exploring how Claude and other AI tools can help businesses improve marketing, streamline operations and enhance client experiences.
Sarah Harfouche, Strategy & Operations Consultant and Founder of Business Challenges, will follow with The mistakes beauty businesses make that quietly hurt their business, examining common challenges that can affect business performance and operational efficiency.
The afternoon business programme will include a session by Valerie Reynaert, Founder and CEO of VR Beauty Consulting, titled The power of recruitment: Building a successful beauty business. The presentation will focus on attracting, hiring and retaining the right talent to build stronger teams and support long-term business growth.
Live demonstrations and professional masterclasses
Alongside the business sessions, attendees can explore specialist techniques through a series of product demonstrations and masterclasses.
Saida Sadykova, Trainer at Beauty Secret International, will present the IOLITE pre-glued express lashes masterclass, demonstrating ready-to-use cluster lashes designed for quick and convenient application.
The nail programme will feature a Brunson Japanese Manicure Technique masterclass by Melody Balanay, also a Trainer at Beauty Secret International. The demonstration will showcase a traditional, polish-free treatment designed to nourish and restore the natural nail while creating a pearlescent finish.
Technology and automation will also feature in the programme, with Jassim Faisal Al-Mathkour, Co-Founder and CEO of Salonist, presenting AI and Automation for Smarter Salon Operations. The session will explore how salon and spa businesses can use technology to streamline bookings, strengthen customer relationships and improve everyday operations.
Beubella Cosmetics to present 'Beyond the Shade' hair showcase
Hair professionals can look forward to a live demonstration titled Beyond the Shade – Three Shades. Three Stories. One Statement, presented by the Beubella Cosmetics team.
The showcase will feature Chady Karkafy, Founder and CEO of Beubella Cosmetics; Lida Refaat Abou Saif, Brand Experience Director; and Mohammad Naser Zuhair Abuazzam, Educator and Master Color Artist.
The session will highlight creative colour techniques and artistic expression, bringing together different perspectives on professional hair colour.
Community panel to close the programme
The event will conclude its scheduled programme with a Professional Beauty Community panel featuring Francia Rubi, Operations & Business Management at Oriri Beauty Salon, and Marijana Manojlovic, Owner of Simplice Beauty Lounge.
