Services include:
- Full mystery shopping experience in the desired property
- Extensive report benchmarking the property against competitors and also highlighting areas for improvement (download sample report here)
- An hours consultation with the mystery shopper who will highlight and suggest areas of improvement
- The mystery shopper will then return back to the property upon request to evaluate the changes
