International news from UK: Professional Beauty launches regional awards

The team behind the World Spa and Wellness and the Professional Beauty Awards has introduced regional awards for UK spas and salons for the first time.
The inaugural Professional Beauty Regional Awards will be held in Manchester, the north of England on Sunday 18 September, as art of the Professional Beauty North trade show.
The awards, open to spas and salon across the UK, will feature two categories, Spa of the Year and Salon of the Year. Within the two categories, an award will be presented to the top spa and salon across eight regions: Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, the North East, North West, Midlands, South East and South West.
