Qantas, Australia's national airline, has unveiled the complete cabin design for its Airbus A350 aircraft, marking a significant milestone in its Project Sunrise. This project is the airline's ambitious initiative to introduce new nonstop routes, set to commence in late 2025, connecting Sydney to London and New York, which would become the world's longest flights.

Earlier this year, Qantas introduced the First and Business cabins. Recently, in Australia, the airline unveiled the remaining sections of the aircraft's interior, which includes Premium Economy, Economy, and a unique Wellbeing Zone, making Qantas the first airline globally to develop such a concept.

The Wellbeing Zone features distinctive elements such as sculpted wall panels, integrated stretch handles, a guided on-screen exercise program, a hydration station, and a variety of refreshing beverages. Moreover, all passengers will have access to a selection of healthy snacks offered free of charge in the Wellness Zone.

The Premium Economy cabin, featuring 40 seats, and the Economy cabin, with 140 seats, which were revealed today, offer the most spacious seat pitches compared to all other Qantas aircraft. Furthermore, every seat across all four cabins will be equipped with multiple USB-C charging ports.

Alan Joyce, CEO of the Qantas Group, emphasized the airline's commitment to passenger comfort and well-being across all cabin classes. He acknowledged that while a significant number of First and Business class seats will be available, the majority of passengers will be traveling in Premium Economy and Economy.

Joyce highlighted the airline's dedication to the Wellbeing Zone by stating, "We have spent just as much time on the second half of the aircraft as we did on the front; in fact, we started studies on the Wellbeing Zone before any other area of the A350."

The inaugural flights for these groundbreaking nonstop routes are scheduled for late 2025, starting with Sydney to London and New York.
