SALES EXECUTIVE

Role: Sales Executive- Female

The House of Enspa is a successful and exciting holding company for The Nail Spa, Marquee, and Espai Beauty Products, and the incumbent will be part of the Espai team.

The team is looking for a dynamic, driven, and a people’s person to join them, and work as a Sales Executive for distribution of award-winning beauty brands.

Must Have:

-       A university degree

-       3 years’ experience in Sales (Industry experience and technical experience in nail polish and gel applications a plus)

-       A positive and proactive attitude

-       Skills: Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Independence, Motivation for Sales

-       Excellent command of English

-       Excellent Knowledge of MS office

Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospects and evaluate their position in the industry.
  • Research and analyze sales options through cold calling, social media, networking etc...
  • Sell products by establishing contact through various prospection methods and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Handle complaints and objections, as well as collections.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Travel to neighboring countries if necessary
