UAE- born brand Cove Beach to open hotel in Benin, Africa
Cove Beach Hotel & Resort will be the brand’s first standalone, full-service destination and will open in Cotonou. It will feature bungalows, three-bedroom private villas, and a deluxe beach club. There will also be a fine dining Japanese restaurant, a steakhouse, and a nightclub.
The five-star hotel will open in 2022 and will be managed by Dubai-based Livit Hospitality Management. Guests can also enjoy an al fresco restaurant lounge, two pools, contemporary gym, retail space, barber shop, hair salon, relaxation spa, and 700-capacity ballroom.

Construction of the five-storey property is currently underway. It will offer chic and modern interiors as well as views of the Guinea Gulf on the West African coast.
Cove Beach going global
Livit previously took Cove Beach international in 2019. It took over the Venus Pool & Lounge at Caesars Palace’s Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis in Las Vegas. It currently has two UAE venues, at Caesars Palace in Dubai and Makers District in Abu Dhabi.

Cove Beach becomes the latest in a number of UAE-born venues to go international.
