World Spa & Wellness Convention Dubai sets agenda for the future of wellness

Updated on 30th Dec 2025

The World Spa & Wellness Convention Dubai, proudly supported by headline sponsor The Product House, will return this February with a comprehensive two-day programme focused on leadership, innovation and commercial growth in the global spa and wellness sector. Taking place alongside the Professional Beauty GCC Dubai exhibition, the convention will bring together senior decision-makers, spa leaders and wellness professionals at one of the region’s most influential industry gatherings.

Hosted on the World Spa & Wellness Convention Dubai, supported by headline sponsor The Product House, Main Stage, the event opens on Monday, February 2, at 10:20 AM with an official welcome that sets out how delegates can maximise the programme, from mentor-led discussions and networking opportunities to the convention’s signature evening experience.

The opening morning places a strong emphasis on people and leadership. Sessions include The Power of Team Culture: Retention, Motivation & Mindset, examining how purpose-driven leadership and emotional safety are shaping stronger, more loyal teams, followed by Healthy Aging: Beyond the Numbers, which explores holistic approaches to longevity that integrate mental, physical and community wellbeing.

As the day progresses, attention turns to the evolving role of spa leadership. The Spa Director of 2030 will examine how data, guest science and strategic thinking are redefining senior roles within spa and wellness businesses. This is followed by The Product House Accolades, recognising excellence and innovation across the spa and wellness supply sector.

The afternoon programme is designed to encourage interaction and honest dialogue. Inside the Circle: Mentor Tables & Leadership Networking offers delegates small-group access to global industry leaders, while Voices of Industry: Shaping Wellness Trends provides an unscripted platform for open discussion on what is working, what is missing and what lies ahead for the sector.

Commercial performance is a key theme later in the day, with sessions on dynamic pricing strategies and a detailed Spa P&L deep dive aimed at improving financial confidence and decision-making. The day concludes with Where Ideas Become Reality: The Wellness Show Walk, guiding delegates through innovations showcased across the exhibition floor, which is shared with Professional Beauty GCC Dubai.

An evening networking experience, Set Sail: An Evening of Connection & Celebration, rounds off Day One with a sunset cruise offering informal networking in a relaxed setting.

Tuesday, February 3, opens with a focused welcome reflecting on Day One and setting the tone for a more strategic second day at the World Spa & Wellness Convention Dubai, supported by headline sponsor The Product House. One of the headline sessions, What Decision Makers Want: The CEO & GM Panel, gives delegates rare insight into executive-level thinking, revealing how proposals are assessed and how wellness leaders can secure senior-level support.

Sustainability and future-facing design take centre stage with Regenerative Wellness: Designing Spas for People & Planet, followed by Career Clinic: Pathways to Becoming a Global Spa Leader, offering practical guidance on career progression, global opportunities and leadership visibility.

The second day continues with further mentor-led networking, a practical session on Longevity Innovation in Practice, and a final edition of Voices of Industry, giving delegates another opportunity to engage directly with industry leaders. The convention concludes with a final Wellness Show Walk, allowing attendees to explore emerging products, services and partnerships across the exhibition floor.

Running in parallel with Professional Beauty GCC Dubai, the World Spa & Wellness Convention Dubai, proudly supported by headline sponsor The Product House, offers a strategic platform for education, collaboration and industry insight, reinforcing Dubai’s position as a regional hub for beauty, spa and wellness innovation.
