InterContinental Hotels & Resorts has officially opened its third InterContinental Residences in the UAE, welcoming guests and residents to its newest location at Dubai Business Bay. This opening is part of the brand's broader transformation, as InterContinental reimagines luxury travel while building on its 75-year heritage. The new property embodies the four key pillars of the brand's evolution: Insider Expertise, Intentional Flexibility, Incredible Occasions, and Inclusive Everywhere.
The InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay is among the first in the Middle East to showcase this transformative brand shift, offering an elevated guest experience that blends luxury with wellness. Notable new initiatives include scientifically-backed food and beverage programs designed to reduce travel fatigue and dining options that cater to a variety of guest needs throughout the day. In addition, guests will have access to Timeshifter, a jet lag app that uses circadian science to help travelers adjust to new time zones more quickly.
With 176 customisable serviced residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom units, each space is designed for both comfort and sustainability. The residences feature bespoke furnishings, SMEG appliances, and water purifiers. The design emphasizes light-filled, residential-style living spaces, with expansive views of the city skyline. The hotel is strategically located in Business Bay, providing residents with easy access to Dubai's bustling business hub, making it an ideal choice for long-term business and leisure travelers.
Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, a rooftop swimming pool with panoramic city views, and the Planet Trekkers Kids Club, ensuring a well-rounded experience for all guests. The property also boasts three distinct food and beverage outlets: Ancora, serving Mediterranean cuisine; 57 Deli Café, offering artisanal coffee and light bites; and Alto, a rooftop pool dining experience with views of the Dubai Canal and Burj Khalifa. A special floor has been designated for long-term guests with pets, allowing them to bring their cats and dogs.
