One of the world’s most prestigious hotel brands, Mandarin Oriental, is set to open its first-ever dedicated golf resort in Dubai — complete with branded residences — at Jumeirah Golf Estates: The Next Chapter.
A Landmark Destination for Golf and Luxury Living
Scheduled to open in 2030, the upcoming resort will be located in the southwest of Dubai, with direct access to an 18-hole championship golf course. Envisioned as an “elevated tranquil escape,” the property will feature 121 spacious rooms and suites, alongside 97 branded residences ranging from three- to six-bedroom villas, each designed with private amenities.
Wellness and Leisure at the Core
At the heart of the resort will be The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, spanning 5,000 square metres. The spa will include male and female-only pools, an outdoor meditation area, a barber and salon, and three additional swimming pools. A curated programme of wellness-focused experiences will further enhance the resort’s holistic offering.
The broader Next Chapter development will also include a 7,000-square-metre Equestrian Centre and Clubhouse, featuring indoor and outdoor arenas, stables, retail, training facilities, and scenic riding trails for guests and residents.
Dining, Events, and Community
Guests can look forward to six dining venues, including two restaurants at the Golf Club and a Halfway Hut on the course, alongside Mandarin Oriental’s renowned signature concepts. The property will also host extensive meeting and event spaces, including a grand ballroom and two outdoor venues — ideal for gatherings and celebrations.
