Marriott International has announced the opening of its latest luxury hotel, Le Méridien Al Marjan Island Resort & Spa in Ras Al Khaimah, scheduled to open in 2026. The resort will join the likes of other prestigious hotels such as Nobu, Earth, and the Wynn integrated resort on the man-made Marjan Island.
With 350 rooms, seven dining options, a relaxing pool, and an indulgent spa, Le Méridien Al Marjan Island Resort & Spa will offer its guests the promise of the "good life." The resort is being developed by Three Musketeers Hospitality (TMH), a subsidiary of Plus Holding Limited (PHL), founded by Jaideep Halwasiya, Surendra Bagri, and Hari Tibrewala.
Saahil Lalit, VP of Development, Middle East at Marriott International expressed excitement about the collaboration with TMH, stating, "We are thrilled to be working with Three Musketeers Hospitality to bring the unique and contemporary design of Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts to Al Marjan Island. As Ras Al Khaimah continues to attract visitors as a sought-after leisure destination, our current portfolio and upcoming developments will help to further the growth of the tourism industry in the Emirate."
Abdulla Abdouli, CEO of Marjan, expressed his delight about the new addition to the island's hotel inventory, stating that Marriott International's Le Méridien Al Marjan Island Resort & Spa will bring "premium and distinctive experiences" to the island's residents and visitors. He also noted that the growing portfolio of ambitious integrated projects on the island is redefining waterfront living in the UAE and attracting more investments into the Emirate, making the resort a natural fit for the destination.
