New Hyde Hotels, Resorts & Residences is set to open at the end of 2021

The brand-new hotel will feature 276 rooms, some standard and some luxurious suites, with views of the Dubai Water Canal, Dubai skyline, and the Burj Khalifa. All will have their own balconies to score those peak city views.

The hotel will also feature three restaurants including the Mediterranean eatery Cleo, and handcrafted burgers from Hudson Tavern.  And if you're a fan of contemporary Japanese restaurant Katsuya, the eatery is set to be making a return to Dubai in the new hotel, after the closure of its branches in Jumeirah Al Naseem and The Dubai Mall.

You can also expect to find a coffee shop called The Perq, as well as a lobby lounge, Hyde pool and lounge, five meeting rooms, a function hall, spa, male and female salons, a fitness centre and a swimming pool and retail areas.

The development will be part of ALL Accor Live Limitless, Accor’s lifestyle loyalty programme, which allows guests to earn and redeem points when staying at the hotel.
