Palladium Hotel Group is making a significant stride in its global expansion efforts by venturing into the Middle East with the introduction of Ushuaïa Unexpected Hotels and Residences. Collaborating with Al Marjan and Almal Real Estate Development, renowned ultra-luxury developers in the region, the project signals Palladium Hotel Group's strategic move to strengthen its international presence.

The ambitious venture, backed by over $100 million in investment, will feature 442 hotel rooms and residential units. This marks a pivotal moment as it marks the iconic Ibiza-born brand's inaugural international debut, rebranded as Ushuaïa Unexpected Hotels and Residences. The project seamlessly integrates the concept of branded residences with the existing hotel offerings.

Situated on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, a premier tourist and investment destination, the hotel and residential complex will boast a sophisticated beach club, exquisite dining options, and a captivating infinity pool. Positioned adjacent to the Wynn Resort Island, it offers breathtaking views of the picturesque Arabian Gulf.
