Professional Beauty GCC joins forces with Dubai Autism Center for Autism awareness month

In a heartwarming display of solidarity and support, Professional Beauty GCC has teamed up with the Dubai Autism Center during Autism Awareness Month. This collaboration aims to raise awareness, promote acceptance, and provide valuable insights for the hair and beauty community on accommodating individuals with autism. 

As April shines a spotlight on Autism Awareness Month, Professional Beauty GCC has embarked on a meaningful journey alongside the Dubai Autism Center to champion the cause of autism acceptance and understanding. This collaborative effort seeks to bridge gaps, foster inclusivity, and celebrate the unique talents and abilities of individuals on the autism spectrum. 

The initiative, which brings together esteemed winners of the Professional Beauty Awards, including 306 Spa, Beauty Salon of the Year for 2023-2024, Orchid Beauty Boutique Sharjah Ladies Club, Hair & Beauty Salon of the Year for 2024, Romeo Dudz Rapas, Barber of the Year for 2023, and Jason Elegio, Men Hairdresser of the Year for 2020, aims to spread awareness and support for individuals with autism. 

As part of this endeavor, representatives from Professional Beauty GCC and its esteemed partners visited the Dubai Autism Center to engage with the children and offer them a day of pampering. This heartfelt gesture not only brings joy to the children but also serves as a platform to educate and empower the hair and beauty community on effectively catering to the needs of individuals with autism.

"The events is to help our hair and beauty community understand how we can encourage special kids not to be afraid to visit the salon, and at the same time, help our salon professionals to be aware of how to manage the difficulties of special kids," remarked a spokesperson from Professional Beauty GCC.
