The Professional Beauty GCC Awards 2026, the region’s premier celebration of excellence in beauty, spa, and wellness, has announced three dynamic new award categories designed to reflect the industry’s evolving landscape
This year’s awards, taking place on 3 February 2026 in Dubai, will see the introduction of:

Employer of the Year – Honouring a spa, salon, or clinic that places employee development and wellbeing at the heart of its business model, creating meaningful career pathways in the beauty industry.

Independent Salon of the Year – Recognising standout single-location salons that deliver exceptional client experiences while thriving outside the support of larger groups.

Large Salon of the Year – Celebrating multi-location salon groups that demonstrate consistency, innovation, and excellence in service across all branches.
“These new categories reflect the diversity and growth of the Gulf’s beauty and wellness sector,” said Andy Green, General Manager of Professional Beauty GCC. “We want to spotlight businesses that lead with innovation, care for their teams, and consistently raise the bar for client satisfaction.”
The new categories join the existing line-up of awards that celebrate outstanding individuals, teams, and businesses shaping the future of beauty across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.
