Rosewood Hotels & Resorts to launch in Dubai with new Hotel and Residences in 2029

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts is set to make its Dubai debut in 2029 with the opening of Rosewood Dubai and Rosewood Residences Dubai.

The properties will be part of Peninsula Dubai, a waterfront development in Jumeirah Beach, owned by Bright Start and developed by H&H.

Rosewood Dubai will feature 195 guest rooms and eight garden villas. The hotel will offer a private beach and beach club, four dining venues, a wellness centre, and a children’s Explorers Club. Guests can also enjoy a curated calendar of art, music, and culinary experiences.

Adjacent to the hotel, Rosewood Residences will include 63 private units and five beachfront villas. Residents will have access to a concierge service, spa and movement studio, private cinema, library, lounge, and a padel court.
