Q&A panel on retail & spa operations at PSWC Dubai this January
Andrew Gibson (FRHI Global) will join Anna Bjurstam (Spa Six Senses) and Jeff Matthews (Steiner Spa & Mandara Spa) at the much anticipated Professional Spa & wellness Convention Dubai taking place at Mina A'Salam on 25-26 January in a live Q&A panel about retail and spa operations.
Andrew Gibson, vice president spa and wellness, FRHI Global who is excited to meet people from the region at the 2015 convention commented: "These events tackle common problems and enable the industry to voluntarily solve problems and raise standards. The 'All You Can Ask' session is taking place at 11:10am on the second day of the conference (Monday 25 January). Other sessions that day will cover KPIs & international benchmarks, spa marketing through to architecture and design for spas.
Professional Spa & Wellness Convention Dubai will take place alongside Professional Beauty GCC at Mina A'Salam, Dubai on 25-26 January 2015.
