Ras Al Khaimah is set to host its very own Nikki Beach Resort & Spa
Nikki Beach Resort & Spa is set to make its debut in Ras Al Khaimah at the emirate’s Mina Al Arab development in collaboration with RAK Properties. The establishment will feature a 155-key resort, a Nikki Spa, Tone Gym, and a selection of restaurants. An official opening date has yet to be disclosed.
CEO of RAK Properties, Sameh Al Muhtadi, emphasized the significance of Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Ras Al Khaimah, stating it marks a pivotal milestone in the development of Mina Al Arab. The project aligns with their vision to provide a luxurious beachfront experience harmoniously integrated with the natural beauty of Ras Al Khaimah. This resort will serve as Nikki Beach’s inaugural branded hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, promising visitors and investors the distinctive luxury lifestyle ambiance characteristic of Mina Al Arab.
The architectural design of Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Ras Al Khaimah will be spearheaded by Gensler. Adhering to the Barjeel guidelines outlined by the RAK Municipality, the design will incorporate local materials and products throughout the structure and interiors. The collaboration with local artists will serve to accentuate the inherent splendor of Mina Al Arab, while the integration of cutting-edge sustainable technology underscores the project's commitment to environmental consciousness.
Nikki Beach will represent the third addition to RAK Properties' burgeoning hospitality portfolio, enriching their offerings with this esteemed lifestyle resort brand. The resort will be under the operational and managerial purview of Nikki Beach.
Recent data highlights RAK's outstanding performance in the tourism sector, boasting a record-breaking 1.1 million overnight arrivals in the preceding year, signifying a notable 16 percent upswing. Impressively, there was a staggering 40 percent spike in foreign tourist visits. Ambitious plans are currently in motion to amplify tourist numbers to three million by 2030, facilitated by the addition of 19 new hotels from renowned global brands like Marriott and Anantara, constituting a substantial 70 percent augmentation from current inventory.
These developments constitute a vital component of RAK Properties' comprehensive master plan for Mina Al Arab, introducing a distinctive luxury lifestyle concept that is poised to be a pioneering venture in Ras Al Khaimah.
