Resilience in Action: Industry leaders share growth strategies at GCC Beauty Summit panel

Updated on 07th May 2026

At the upcoming Professional Beauty GCC Business Summit 2026, industry leaders will take center stage to share powerful stories of perseverance and growth in the face of adversity. One of the most anticipated sessions, “Unbreakable: Building in the Toughest Markets,” is scheduled to run from 2:00 pm to 2:45 pm on the Main Stage, offering attendees a deeply personal and practical look at resilience in action.

The session will bring together three distinguished panelists whose careers have been shaped by navigating complex and often volatile business environments.

Jean-Guy de Gabriac, founder of World Wellness Weekend and a globally respected spa and wellness consultant, will lend his extensive expertise in building sustainable wellness initiatives across continents. Known for his educational work and advocacy for global wellbeing, de Gabriac is expected to provide strategic insights into maintaining purpose-driven growth.

Joining him is Anna Seleznyova, founder and CEO of Maharaja YOGA&SPA in Ukraine. Her story stands out as a testament to rebuilding in the aftermath of destruction. Seleznyova has successfully restored and sustained her wellness business despite the ongoing challenges in her region, demonstrating adaptability and unwavering commitment to her community.

Completing the panel is Wael Jaber, managing director at Sport Performance Institute (SPI) International and a Radical Fitness Master Trainer based in Lebanon. Jaber has expanded his brand within one of the Middle East’s most complex economic landscapes, offering a perspective rooted in innovation and persistence.

Rather than focusing solely on crisis, the session aims to highlight clarity, adaptability, and forward momentum. Attendees will hear how these leaders have stayed connected to their markets, adjusted strategies rapidly, and continued to grow despite uncertainty.

Organizers emphasize that this discussion is particularly relevant for GCC-based professionals facing shifting market dynamics. The panel will also include an interactive component, allowing participants to submit questions in advance via an online form HERE.

With resilience becoming a defining trait for success in today’s business climate, “Unbreakable” promises to be a standout moment of the summit, offering not just inspiration, but actionable insights for those determined to keep building, no matter the circumstances.

Registration for the summit is currently open, with limited spots available.
