Strategic partnership strengthens Minor Hotels’ footprint on Palm Jumeirah’s iconic trunk

Luxury real estate and hospitality developer Seven Tides has announced the appointment of Minor Hotels as the new management partner for its five-star property, DUKES The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel, effective 1st August 2025.

Located on the west trunk of Palm Jumeirah, DUKES The Palm will become the second Seven Tides property operated by Minor Hotels, joining the NH Collection Dubai The Palm.

“This strategic appointment enhances operational synergy between our properties and builds on the success of our ongoing relationship with Minor Hotels,” said Abdulla Bin Sulayem, CEO of Seven Tides. “Their proven excellence in hospitality management and guest experience makes them the ideal partner to take DUKES The Palm to the next level. We’re confident this collaboration will further elevate Palm West Beach as one of Dubai’s top hospitality destinations.”

Bin Sulayem also acknowledged the efforts of the Barceló Hotel Group, which has managed DUKES for the past six years. “Barceló has fulfilled its commitments with distinction. We thank them for their service and wish them continued success,” he added.

DUKES The Palm offers a refined blend of British charm and modern luxury, featuring 273 elegantly appointed hotel rooms and suites alongside 287 serviced apartments ranging from studios to two-bedroom units.

The property boasts six diverse dining outlets, including a beachside lounge, specialty restaurants, and a pool bar. Leisure amenities include a private beach, an indoor pool, an outdoor infinity pool, a lazy river, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, wellness facilities, and family-friendly attractions.

Strategically positioned on Palm West Beach, the hotel is within close proximity to key Dubai landmarks such as Nakheel Mall, Aquaventure Waterpark, and Ain Dubai, and is just 30 minutes from Dubai International Airport — making it a compelling choice for both leisure and business travellers.
