Accor and The Summary Executive Properties will launch the world’s first standalone Swissôtel branded residences on Dubai Islands in 2027. Swissôtel Waterfront Residences will feature 105 private homes, including luxury apartments, a penthouse, and townhouses with expansive skyline views.
The development, part of Nakheel’s Dubai Islands master plan, is 25 minutes from Downtown Dubai and offers prime marina-facing access. Residents will enjoy premium amenities such as a rooftop infinity pool, fitness center, cinema, and retail spaces, along with Swiss-inspired hospitality experiences.
