World Spa & Wellness Asia: 1 week to go

We’re just 1 week away from the debut World Spa & Wellness Asia event – will you be joining?

On Monday 7-8am, Christianne Ho will guide delegates through a series of practical movements to protect posture and maintain body alignment in the Stretch & Strength Session. On Tuesday, 7.30-8.30am, the brand explores the science behind sleep, and share tips on how to improve sleep. RSVP to attend, places are limited.
