Luxury property Palazzo Versace Dubai Hotel and Residences, located at Jaddaf Waterfront, has announced that it is offering complimentary stays to travellers stranded in the city due to recent regional disruptions.
The five-star hotel said the initiative is aimed at supporting passengers whose travel plans have been affected by the ongoing tensions involving the United States, Israel and Iran. Guests experiencing unexpected delays in Dubai will be offered accommodation and breakfast at the property, subject to availability and verification of their travel status.
Hotel management confirmed that the property remains fully operational and continues to prioritise the safety and wellbeing of both guests and staff.
Palazzo Versace Dubai features 215 rooms and suites along with 169 luxury residences. The hotel said the offer is intended to provide temporary relief and a safe place to stay for travellers awaiting updated flight arrangements.

UAE authorities supporting stranded visitors
Meanwhile, the Department of Culture and Tourism, Abu Dhabi has also issued guidance to hospitality providers, stating that the government will cover accommodation costs for visitors stranded in the UAE due to travel disruptions.
In a circular shared with hotels, the department encouraged properties to extend guests’ checkout dates until they are able to depart the country.
Flight operations have begun gradually resuming, with select services restarting from Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Dubai World Central, Al Maktoum International Airport as of Monday, March 2. However, travellers are advised to check with their airlines for the latest updates on schedules and availability.
