Six Senses The Palm, Dubai opens reservations ahead of 2026 debut

Updated on 03rd Mar 2026

Six Senses has officially opened reservations for Six Senses The Palm, Dubai, with stays available to book from September 1, 2026. Marking the brand’s first property in the United Arab Emirates, the highly anticipated beachfront resort will rise on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, offering sweeping views across the Arabian Gulf, The Palm, and Dubai’s iconic skyline.

Bringing together 61 suites and 172 privately owned branded residences, the all-suite resort is designed as a sanctuary that balances privacy with connection. Guests will find space to unwind by the sea while remaining within easy reach of the city’s vibrant cultural and social scene.

Contemporary Architecture Rooted in Place

Architecture and interiors have been conceived by Cape Town–based firm SAOTA, whose design draws inspiration from regional building traditions, interpreted through a contemporary and sustainable lens. Natural materials such as stone and timber are paired with sand-toned finishes and subtle local detailing.

Floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive private terraces, some featuring their own pools, invite natural light and fresh air into each suite, creating interiors that shift gently with the rhythms of the day. Across the property, planted courtyards, shaded gardens, and flowing water features guide guests along winding pathways toward the private beach, fostering a sense of movement and calm.

A Wellness Destination at Its Core

Well-being anchors the resort experience. A 60,000-square-foot spa and wellness complex integrates traditional healing therapies with longevity science and advanced diagnostics. Facilities include a Longevity Clinic, hydrotherapy areas, biohacking experiences, and an Alchemy Bar, alongside indoor and outdoor spaces dedicated to yoga and meditation.

Personalized programs are crafted by in-house experts and Visiting Practitioners, reinforcing Six Senses’ commitment to holistic health that spans body, mind, and spirit.

A Philosophy of Conscious Dining

Cuisine follows the brand’s Eat with Six Senses philosophy, emphasizing seasonal produce and ingredients sourced as locally as possible. Strong relationships with regional farmers, fishermen, and suppliers help shape menus built around freshness and simplicity.

Across four dining venues, guests and residents can gather in relaxed settings designed to feel welcoming and unpretentious, where time at the table unfolds naturally.

Sustainability by Design

Sustainability underpins the resort’s design, construction, and operations. Developed in collaboration with MAB Environmental Consultancy, the property is targeting LEED certification and adheres to Dubai’s EHS Green Building Code. Energy- and water-efficient systems, locally informed material selection, and healthy indoor environments are central to the project’s strategy.

Ecology becomes experiential at Earth Lab, where guests can participate in hands-on workshops focused on everyday sustainable practices. A dedicated Sustainability Fund will support community-led initiatives, extending the resort’s positive impact beyond its physical footprint.

Immersive Experiences for All Ages

Guests are encouraged to explore at their own pace—whether through wellness immersions, shared culinary moments, or discovering the surrounding marine landscapes. Families are welcomed through Grow With Six Senses, a program built around six dimensions of wellness: social, environmental, physical, spiritual, emotional, and intellectual.

A New Chapter for Branded Living in Dubai

Extending the resort’s lifestyle philosophy into private ownership, the residential collection includes Penthouses, Royal Penthouses, duplex Sky Villas, and nine five-bedroom beachfront Signature Villas. Residents will enjoy full-service support and exclusive privileges.

Six Senses The Palm represents the first of two residential projects planned for Dubai. The second, Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina, is scheduled to open in 2028 and will bring the brand’s wellness-led approach to vertical city living in what is set to become the world’s tallest residential tower.

With reservations now open, Six Senses The Palm, Dubai signals a significant milestone in the brand’s global expansion, introducing a new era of sustainable luxury and holistic well-being to the shores of the UAE.
