Dubai is set to welcome the world’s tallest wellbeing resort with the launch of Therme Dubai, a Dhs2 billion project approved by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai. The development, in partnership with Therme Group, will be located in Zabeel Park and is expected to be completed by 2028.
A First-of-Its-Kind Wellness Destination
Therme Dubai will be the Middle East’s first interactive wellness and leisure park, integrating relaxation, healthcare, entertainment, and sustainability. Spanning 500,000 square feet and standing 100 meters tall, it is designed to host 1.7 million visitors annually.
The resort will feature:

- 15 water slides & family-friendly play areas
- Michelin-starred dining
- Three 18-meter waterfalls & immersive art installations
Sustainability & Innovation at the Core
Therme Dubai will prioritize sustainable technology, recycling 90% of its thermal pool water and using clean energy for 80% of its cooling needs. It will also house the world’s largest indoor botanical garden, with over 200 plant species promoting urban biodiversity.
The project is aligned with Dubai’s 2040 Urban Master Plan, supporting sustainable urban development and medical tourism, further positioning Dubai as a global wellness hub.
