Louvre Hotels Group MENA has announced a major expansion across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, introducing new hotel brands and properties aimed at meeting the evolving needs of today’s travelers. The expansion includes six confirmed hotel openings by 2025, with a focus on Saudi Arabia, Oman, Algeria, and Iraq.
A highlight of the announcement is the debut of the Kyriad brand in Saudi Arabia, with 2,000 keys across three tiers: Kyriad Eco, Kyriad, and Kyriad Prestige. Designed to serve both leisure and business travelers, these properties offer a flexible range of accommodations, targeting the Kingdom’s growing demand for quality midscale hospitality.
In Oman, Louvre Hotels Group is doubling its presence with the launch of Tulip Residences and a Golden Tulip hotel in The Village Muscat, a mixed-use lifestyle destination. The new properties will feature 68 hotel keys and 107 serviced apartments, catering to short- and long-stay guests with a modern, upscale experience. Additionally, the Royal Tulip Taqah Beach Resort on Oman’s southern coast will offer 100 rooms with beachfront access and premium leisure amenities.
“Our regional expansion strategy focuses not only on growing our footprint but also on delivering purpose-driven, guest-centric hospitality experiences,” said Rami A. Moukarzel, Board Member of Louvre Hotels Group MENA, at Arabian Travel Market 2025. “We are bringing innovative hotel concepts to key markets, supported by strong local partnerships and a commitment to quality and sustainability.”
Louvre Hotels Group, part of Jin Jiang International, currently operates 43 hotels with over 8,250 keys across the GCC and North Africa. The group plans to increase this to 15,000 keys by 2030, leveraging its diverse brand portfolio which includes Golden Tulip, Royal Tulip, Campanile, Kyriad, and Tulip Residences.
This strategic expansion highlights Louvre Hotels Group’s ambition to be a key player in the region’s fast-evolving hospitality sector by offering a full spectrum of accommodations—from economy to upscale—tailored to local market demands.
